Welcome to "Murder On Board" Free Book Offer

Welcome to my site where I will give you access to everything that happens in the development and publishing of a crime fiction murder thriller novel. Though I say it myself, it's a cunningly well-written book that brings you onboard a huge modern cruise liner, the SS. Azara, where you will spend the next 50 days travelling across the world, sharing the voyage with a murdering passenger.

Have you been on a cruise?

No. Then this book will inform you in all the activities that go on when ships go to sea and spend days sailing before reaching dry land again. I know that before I took a cruise the thought of spending days in a tin can bouncing across violent seas was more the stuff of my nightmares than my dreams. The reality I found out was quite different and now I'm only sorry I didn't take to cruising earlier.

Yes. Well, you know what to expect on most ships but this one is a little different. The length of the cruise to start with. In 50 days you will visit 17 ports and some are ones that you may not have visited yourself. The adult only nature of the cruise changes the dynamics onboard. The average passenger age is upped by 10 years so that 73 years of age is average on this ship.

Oh - and I forgot to mention the ship is sailing one thousand miles up the Amazon River!

You also get to meet some very interesting passengers and crew, about 3,000 of them.

All of this and a murderer on board too. What could be better?

The book is being published in a few months by Junction Publishing and will be available on Amazon and Kindle

Please make sure you don't miss a stroke of the pen by submitting your email address on this site.
The first 50 to submit their email address will get a review copy of the book for FREE.
Yes, a Free Book Offer !!

I will update this site when I have registered the first 50 but right now this offer is open to you. The free book will be available after it has been carefully edited by my publisher which is a work in progress. I will be posting regularly to keep you in the loop. Thanks for visiting a have a great 2019.

Nebulous is not quite the word I'd use

So Jean-Claude Juncker called Mrs May "nebulous" but what does that actually mean? It comes from the Latin word nebulosus, meaning "misty," which in turn comes from nebula, meaning "mist," "fog," or "cloud." So Mrs May is like a misty cloud? Not sure I'd use that word to describe her.

It's also not the right word to describe Luke, my retired accountant and the main character in "Murder On Board". He's a bit more real and tangible than nebulous and foggy. We join him on the first day of the cruise and will spend the next 50 days travelling thousands of miles with him across the oceans of the world on a trip that takes in exotic and exciting destinations.

If you want to enjoy this story where a murderer preys on the nearly 3,000 passengers and crew for 50 days then please follow the book and click on this link. The book is due to be released in May 2019 but I will be releasing information and excerpts over the coming weeks.

Alternatively, if you want a good crime novel to read right now please click here to pick up a Kindle copy of Murder in Maspalomas currently selling at £3

"Murder On Board" Irish crime fiction at its best

The ship left Southampton with 2,899 souls on board.  She will be returning with significantly fewer passengers in 50 days time.

Luke, an inconspicuous retired accountant, starts killing people on a 69,000-ton cruise ship, during an adult-only 50-day cruise. Even his wife, with whom he shares a cabin, is kept in the dark.

So get ready to travel thousands of miles across the seas from Southampton, England to South America and travel 1,000 miles up the Amazon River.  Experience life on board a large modern luxury cruise liner with Luke, your holiday guide from hell.
